CASTINGS AND AUDITIONS AT ODAC

Old Diorama Arts Centre (ODAC) is one of Central London’s leading rehearsal and arts venues — a creative home between Euston and the West End, with excellent transport links across the city and beyond.

We offer a range of professional studios ideally suited to castings, auditions and screen tests for theatre, film, television and dance. With good light, private rooms and generous waiting areas, ODAC provides a comfortable and flexible base for your casting sessions.

Each studio is available for dry hire, allowing you to set up as needed for self-tape, recall, chemistry read or large-scale audition days.

OUR STUDIOS

ODAC has nine purpose-built performing arts studios:

1 Premium Studio (19m x 8.5m) – ideal for full audition panels, workshops or large recalls.
4 Large Studios (minimum 8.5m x 8.5m) – spacious and adaptable for movement-based auditions or camera setups.
4 Medium Studios (9m x 6.5m) – slightly smaller than our Large Studios but suitable for most audition or casting needs
Casting and Neighbourhood Studios: ideal for smaller casting calls, screen tests or individual meetings.

We also offer additional offices and casting studios, plus a welcoming foyer and waiting area. Our shared kitchen and on-site café, Honest Grind, are available throughout the day.

Many major productions use our spaces for casting, rehearsals, and production meetings all under one roof.

PRODUCTIONS THAT USE OUR STUDIOS

Old Diorama Arts Centre regularly hosts auditions and rehearsals for major stage, film, and TV productions — from new writing and independent features to West End transfers and international streaming series.

Recent and award-winning clients include:

Theatre: Cabaret, A Streetcar Named Desire, Giant, Harry Potter & The Cursed Child, Hadestown, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Mean Girls.
Television: Adolescence, Baby Reindeer, Big Boys, Such Brave Girls — and many more productions for leading broadcasters and streaming platforms.

We have step-free access to all our studios, and all spaces are available for dry hire, giving creative teams the flexibility to use the studios exactly as they need.
