HIRE RATES
From October 1st 2026, we are increasing some of our studio prices by small amounts. This is to reflect rising operational and facility costs, allowing us to maintain our equipment, maintain our space, and continue supporting our creative community. Any bookings made before October 1st will be at the current rate.
ODAC is a high-end, centrally located ‘dry hire’ venue, providing a premium blank canvas for our users to create and develop their work in a friendly and professional environment.
Please also bear in mind that we do not charge VAT.
Discounts may be offered for longer-term projects at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
