Located between Euston and the West End, ODAC provides professional, purpose-built studios with flexible arrangements to suit your production’s schedule and requirements. Exclusive hires allow teams to leave sets, props, and equipment in place overnight, creating a seamless rehearsal or production environment.

OUR STUDIOS FOR EXCLUSIVE HIRE

ODAC has nine purpose-built performing arts studios, all available for exclusive bookings:

  • Premium Studio (19m x 8.5m) – ideal for large-scale productions or longer-term projects.

  • Large Studios (minimum 8.5m x 8.5m) – flexible spaces suitable for movement, staging, and rehearsals.

  • Medium Studios (9m x 6.5m) – perfect for smaller productions or supporting rehearsal space.

  • Casting and Neighbourhood Studios – ideal as secondary or prep spaces during longer projects.

Additional facilities include a foyer, waiting area, shared kitchen, and our on-site café, Honest Grind. All studios have step-free access and can be configured to suit your production requirements.
