Located between Euston and the West End, ODAC combines the atmosphere of a working arts centre with the practicality of purpose-built spaces. Our rooms are available for dry hire, giving you full control over layout, schedule, and setup.

OUR MEETING SPACES
Premium Studio (19m x 8.5m) – spacious and bright, ideal for larger groups or workshops, normally booked for multiple days or weeks.
Large Studios (minimum 8.5m x 8.5m) – adaptable for presentations, roundtable discussions, or collaborative sessions.
Medium Studios (9m x 6.5m) – still suitable for large meetings and sessions
Office Spaces - two types of purpose-designed offices
Casting and Neighbourhood Studios - more cozy and comfortable rooms for meetings
Additional facilities include a welcoming foyer, waiting area, shared kitchen, and our on-site café, Honest Grind, serving coffee throughout the day. All rooms have step-free access and can be arranged to suit your exact requirements.
