Led by Joanne Stapleton, the session will explore:
Barriers and preconceptions that stop people from taking part
How to map and connect with community assets
Creating low-pressure ways for people to get involved
Using everyday, accessible conversations to share your offer
What a truly warm welcome looks and feels like!
Open to anyone working in the arts, community spaces or local organising.
