Following an open call for proposals, and a selection process including local residents, Old Diorama Arts Centre and Camden People’s Theatre are thrilled to announce Emergency Chorus as the recipient of the To The Streets outdoor performance commission.
And for the project, we’re looking for local people to help make and perform the show!

‘Fishing for Clouds’ is an exhibition fo photography and words, being presented in our Foyer from 18 May - 30 June 2023. Launch: 6-8pm, 19 May 2023.

In April 2022 Arts & Homelessness International (AHI) launched their year long, cultural leadership programme. The first of its kind in history for artists who are or who have been homeless.
Announcing major new project Stories of Regent’s Park Estate - and we’re recruiting a Producer!
The Euston area is currently undergoing major urban changes, with more planned for many, many years ahead. Stories of Regent’s Park Estate (SRPE) is a project making resident-led creative, positive change to the urban environment. Through collaboration between local residents, artists and key city stakeholders, we aim to ensure that Regent’s Park Estate thrives.
Developed On Drummond Street 2023: To The Streets Commission
‘Developed on Drummond Street’ is a commissioning partnership between neighbours Old Diorama Arts Centre (ODAC) and Camden People’s Theatre (CPT), exploring new ways of making work in Camden, with and for Camden residents.
This year, 'Developed On Drummond Street' is going outdoors, to the streets themselves.
Call for interviewees!
We’re looking for interviewees to form part of the making of ENGAGING EVER-CHANGING HISTORIES, a headphone theatre performance of the history of ODAC in and by the Camden community. The project is led by Lisa Ogun’ of No Qualms Productions.
Regent’s Park Together
As the cost of living crisis continues, many of us face tough decisions this winter. Everyone is worried about the costs of heating their home.
Your local arts creation and community centre is open every day of the week (til 10pm Mon-Thurs!). You’re welcome to hang out in our foyer to work, chat and warm up! We have free WiFi and help yourself to a free tea or coffee.

Community Kitchen
We’re proud to be supporting and hosting the Community Champion’s ‘Community Kitchen’. We wanted to do a small something to support individuals and families in December during this cost of living crisis, especially knowing that free school meals are not available during the holiday.

This time, the One Festival of Homeless Arts is going to be not only an exhibition of work - but a festival of creation and collaboration.
Camden People’s Theatre and ODAC announce the recipients of the Camden NoW! Commission
Camden NoW!, a new collaboration with friends and neighbours CPT offers a substantial cash commission (£10,000) and package of support to artists resident in Camden with projects that could benefit from a fast-track to full production - those, for example, with stories which need to be told, now.
